The company offers a comprehensive platform that spans venue development and end-to-end capabilities including venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. OVG manages a diverse portfolio of seven world-class venues and collaborates with some of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions across four continents. They are dedicated to delivering outstanding experiences through innovative solutions and operational excellence in the live entertainment industry.

Located in the heart of historic downtown Provo, Utah, the Utah Valley Convention Center (UVCC) opened in 2012 and has since been recognized as the premier meeting space in Utah County. Known for its modern architecture, adaptable meeting spaces, and breathtaking views of the Wasatch Mountains, the UVCC provides an unmatched setting for a wide range of events. Its functional floor plan is designed to accommodate both large and intimate gatherings, making it an ideal venue for community, corporate, social, and cultural events.

The Banquet Manager at Utah Valley Convention Center plays a crucial leadership role in ensuring world-class service delivery during banquet and catering operations. This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 and comes with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions, and paid time off that encompasses vacation, sick days, and 11 holidays annually. This role remains open until October 2, 2026.

As the Banquet Manager, you will lead all aspects of banquet and catering operations. Recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing hourly banquet employees shape the team’s success and individual growth. Furthermore, this position involves managing catered events from set-up to tear down, overseeing communications between staff, culinary teams, and clients, as well as maintaining accurate payroll and gratuity reports.

This dynamic leadership role requires the ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings based on event schedules. Candidates must have strong organizational and communication skills, thrive under time constraints, and have a solid understanding of hospitality operations.
