The convention center is distinguished by its modern architectural design, versatile meeting spaces, and stunning views that include the nearby Wasatch Mountains. Designed with functionality and aesthetic appeal, UVCC is ideal for a wide variety of events ranging from corporate conferences to social gatherings and weddings, emphasizing quality service and guest satisfaction.

The Banquet Manager role at Utah Valley Convention Center is a full-time position crucial to the successful execution of events. The position also involves working closely with event teams to adapt and update event resumes to meet client needs while maintaining optimal service levels. The manager must ensure budgetary targets are met by controlling labor and supply costs without compromising guest experience. This role requires availability for a variable work schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and other irregular hours based on event schedules. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, knowledge of hospitality industry best practices, and familiarity with point of sale and timekeeping systems. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds is also necessary due to the physical aspects of the job.
