Located at the Arvest Convention Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the AV Technician role is an exciting part-time position within OVG's operations team. This role is instrumental in supporting audiovisual (AV) technology and systems that enhance the production environment at both the BOK Center and Arvest Convention Center. The AV Technician will play a critical role in the execution of events, responsible for managing a wide range of AV functions including video productions, lighting, audio, digital media assets, IPTV, and LED display technology. The position requires working both during events and non-event times, ensuring seamless audiovisual experiences for all types of presentations and productions. This includes tasks such as gathering and setting up AV equipment, operating and troubleshooting audio and video signal flows, performing equipment maintenance, and organizing all AV-related areas.

Job Duties
- Provide audio/visual operational support for events
- Gather, deliver, stage, set, operate, strike, and return all AV equipment needed to successfully execute events
- Effectively monitor and troubleshoot all audio and video signal flow from source to destination
- Provide repairs and preventative maintenance on AV equipment as needed with assistance where appropriate
- Properly roll cables
- Maintain, clean, and organize all event, service, and storage areas
- Other duties as assigned
