The University of Kansas Athletics venue, located in Lawrence, Kansas, seeks a full-time Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in the efficient, professional, and profitable operation of the venue's food and beverage services. This key role is pivotal for ensuring the venue complies with all state and federal labor laws, sanitation and food safety regulations, and alcohol service policies. Compensation for this full-time role ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 annually, and the benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with matching, and paid time off encompassing vacation, sick days, and holidays.
