The Team Operations Coordinator role at Schneider Electric is an essential operational support position designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of a cross-functional team. This full-time role is based in the United States, with an expected salary range between USD 86,400 and USD 129,600 annually, which includes base pay and short-term incentives. The position focuses on coordinating team events, managing logistics, and providing visibility into team availability, travel plans, and engagement activities. Working closely with program leadership and various partner functions, the Team Operations Coordinator ensures that operational rhythms, meeting executions, and communication standards are maintained consistently and precisely.
In this role, the coordinator acts as the central point for organizing and managing a wide range of team activities such as recurring meetings, workshops, offsites, leadership sessions, onboarding, and milestone events. They maintain important operational documentation, schedules, and trackers that enable visibility into people’s planned leave, travel, and absences, which is critical for leadership to anticipate and plan coverage effectively. The role also includes supporting logistics related to team travel and serving as a reliable contact for travel-related inquiries.
Additionally, the Team Operations Coordinator supports continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and aiding in standardization efforts. While the position does not include people management or approval authority, it plays a pivotal role in coordinating daily operations, ensuring seamless execution and clear communication. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, and SharePoint is essential to efficiently manage schedules and collaborative documentation.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in operations coordination, program coordination, or administrative support roles
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Coordinate and manage team calendars, recurring meetings, workshops, offsites, and leadership sessions
- Support planning and execution of onboarding sessions, milestone events, and engagement activities
- Maintain operational documentation, schedules, trackers, and reference materials
- Plan and execute internal events including agendas, logistics, meals, materials, and follow-ups
- Maintain high-level visibility into planned PTO, travel, and extended absences
- Provide forward-looking coverage awareness to leadership
- Coordinate logistics for team travel related to meetings and workshops
- Act as a primary contact for operational inquiries
- Communicate schedules, expectations, and updates clearly and professionally
- Identify process improvements and support standardization efforts
