Job Requirements

  • Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods
  • Ability to move in confined spaces and repeat motions of wrists/hands
  • Ability to occasionally lift or move objects up to 40 pounds
  • Comfortable working in noisy environments and around high temperatures

Job Duties

  • Assist with food preparation including chopping vegetables and preparing meats according to recipes
  • Cook and grill menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Support various stations such as grill, fryer, and prep maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Perform dishwashing duties and ensure all equipment is properly sanitized
  • Receive food deliveries, rotate stock, and assist with inventory counts
  • Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen
  • Follow all food safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe environment
