Job Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to move in confined spaces and repeat motions of wrists/hands
- Ability to occasionally lift or move objects up to 40 pounds
- Comfortable working in noisy environments and around high temperatures
Job Qualifications

- Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes

Job Duties
- Assist with food preparation including chopping vegetables and preparing meats according to recipes
- Cook and grill menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Support various stations such as grill, fryer, and prep maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Perform dishwashing duties and ensure all equipment is properly sanitized
- Receive food deliveries, rotate stock, and assist with inventory counts
- Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen
- Follow all food safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe environment
