We are currently seeking highly motivated vacation ownership sales professionals to join our expanding team at the Memphis Pyramid Sales Center. The role centers on delivering engaging and persuasive presentations that showcase Bluegreen Vacations’ magnificent resorts and amenities. You will invest time in rapport building, guiding guests through the benefits of vacation ownership, and ultimately inviting them to join our family by purchasing a membership. This one-on-one sales environment offers an unparalleled platform to demonstrate your expert negotiation and closing skills while working in a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.
The Memphis Pyramid Sales Center provides one of the most competitive compensation structures in the industry, including hourly pay plus bonuses with the potential for six-figure earnings. The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $120,000 per year, rewarding your dedication and sales achievements generously. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous sales experience preferred
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation
- flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- basic proficiency in technology for sales presentations and record keeping
