The Assistant Manager role at Tim Hortons is a key leadership position designed to support the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • assist in managing all restaurant operations to meet Tim Hortons standards around people, product, cleanliness and guest experience
  • help sustain, direct and increase sales growth and profit levels
  • lead and support restaurant team members effectively
  • ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
  • manage staff scheduling and shift operations for morning and afternoon shifts
  • oversee inventory control and order supplies
  • participate in staff training and performance evaluations
