This is a full-time position with a stable schedule, offering competitive pay that ranges from $23.00 to $30.00 per hour, including performance-based bonuses. The role involves using professional equipment and specialized solutions to deep-clean and restore tile, grout, and stone surfaces. Technicians will be responsible for applying grout color sealants, performing minor repairs such as fixing cracks and replacing missing grout, and conducting thorough inspections to recommend the most appropriate restoration services. Strong customer service skills are essential, as the technician will be the primary point of contact for clients, answering questions clearly and ensuring satisfaction with the completed work. Additionally, the technician will maintain equipment, the company vehicle, and materials to ensure smooth operations on the job. No prior experience in tile and grout restoration is mandatory, as training is provided for candidates who demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and pride in their craftsmanship. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in customers' homes and businesses, possess a valid California driver's license with a clean record, and have the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on their feet for extended periods. Job Duties

- Inspect stone and other surfaces to recommend appropriate restoration services
- Communicate effectively with customers to answer questions and ensure high satisfaction
- Maintain and care for tools, company van, and materials to keep operations running smoothly
