This facility hosts a wide range of events including concerts, sporting events, theatrical performances, and special gatherings. The venue plays a pivotal role in the regional entertainment scene, serving as a hub for cultural and community experiences. With a commitment to excellence, Legends Global Knoxville focuses on providing outstanding guest experiences through efficient operations, innovative services, and a talented team dedicated to supporting event success and customer satisfaction.

The Ticketing Manager role at the Knoxville Civic Auditorium and Coliseum is a dynamic and essential position responsible for overseeing all ticketing operations. Reporting to senior management, the Ticketing Manager ensures that ticketing processes for all events are executed smoothly, accurately, and on time. This leadership role involves managing ticketing event builds, box office operations, financial reconciliations, staff supervision, and client communications. The Ticketing Manager acts as a key liaison among multiple stakeholders, including promoters, external ticket platforms such as Ticketmaster products (Host, TM1, Archtics) and AXS, as well as internal departments like Events, Marketing, and Operations.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the complete ticketing lifecycle from event build to post-show reporting and settlements. The manager is accountable for maintaining venue maps and configurations, supporting dynamic ticket pricing and inventory management, and ensuring quality control through comprehensive event preparation and proactive training of ticket staff. On event days, this role supervises box office activities including ticket sales and will call management, troubleshooting issues in real-time to ensure a seamless guest experience. The role also demands strong financial acumen, managing reconciliations, attendance tracking, and revenue reporting in collaboration with the finance team.

In addition to operational duties, the Ticketing Manager is responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising part-time ticketing personnel, promoting a motivated and efficient box office team. The role supports event logistics, premium seating arrangements, and promotional initiatives in partnership with other venue departments. It requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and flexibility to work extended hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Employees in this position work in a fast-paced, physical environment, requiring physical stamina and adaptability.

This full-time position offers an opportunity to be a central figure in the Knoxville entertainment community, directly impacting the success of large-scale, memorable events. Candidates who excel in leadership, technical ticketing systems, financial management, and client relations will thrive in this role. By spearheading ticket operations, the Ticketing Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining the venue's stellar reputation and in delivering exceptional experiences to guests and partners alike.
