Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in sports management, business, marketing, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in ticket operations or ticket sales
- Proficiency with Ticketmaster systems (TM1, Host)
- Strong financial reporting and account management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and home games
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in sports management, business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in ticket operations or ticket sales, preferably in professional or minor league sports
- Proficiency with Ticketmaster systems (TM1, Host) is required
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with financial reporting, account management, and cash handling
- Proven ability to balance sales performance with service excellence
- High-level interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, team environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and all home games as required
Job Duties
- Sell and renew full season, partial season, and group ticket packages to fans, businesses, and community organizations
- Prospect new leads and manage inbound sales opportunities to grow the fan base
- Develop relationships with group leaders and season ticket members to enhance retention and satisfaction
- Deliver best-in-class service on game days and during team-hosted events
- Execute proactive retention campaigns and touchpoint programs throughout the season
- Build events, schedules, seat manifests, pricing, and offers in Ticketmaster systems
- Manage comp ticket allocation, track account balances, and handle upgrades, exchanges, and account maintenance
- Generate ticketing reports and liaise with finance for invoicing, payment processing, deposits, and reconciliation
- Assist with access control, box office troubleshooting, and VIP ticket fulfillment during home games
- Coordinate with Game Operations, Marketing, and Community Relations to support promotions, giveaways, and special ticket packages
- Implement crowd flow, ticket scanning, and customer support strategies for an optimal fan experience
