Job Description

The 12th Man Foundation is a dedicated non-profit organization that supports the Texas A&M Athletics Department by generating resources to enhance the student-athlete experience. Known for its commitment to building a legacy of excellence in college athletics, the foundation plays a vital role in ensuring the success of Aggie sports programs through fundraising, events, and community engagement. The foundation's efforts help provide scholarships, facilities improvements, and resources that contribute to the overall growth and success of Texas A&M Athletics.

The 12th Man Foundation is currently seeking qualified candidates for the part-time position of Ticketing Events Assistant. This role is integral to the smooth operation of ticketing processes during various athletic events hosted by Texas A&M. The primary responsibility is to provide superior customer service in line with the foundation's mission, ensuring that all attendees have a positive experience from ticket purchase to event entry. The position involves operating ticket windows efficiently, distributing tickets for student ticket admittance events, and performing basic clerical tasks to support event operations.

Candidates will have the opportunity to work at a range of sporting events beyond football season, including Texas A&M basketball, soccer, volleyball, baseball, softball, and track competitions as well as other ticketed events such as concerts. Most events take place after 5:00 PM and on weekends, with additional events scheduled during holiday breaks including winter and spring breaks. This flexible, part-time role is ideal for individuals seeking to gain experience in event management and customer service within a dynamic and collegiate sports environment.
