This role is indispensable to maintaining smooth and efficient operations during the overnight hours when the restaurant remains open.

The Third Shift Crew Person will work primarily during the overnight schedule, specifically between 8:00 PM and 5:00 AM on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, which are the only days the restaurant operates a third shift. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can efficiently handle multiple roles to ensure seamless customer service, order preparation, and necessary cleaning and sanitation tasks. Ideal candidates will be flexible and willing to learn various positions within the restaurant, allowing them to step up when needed and contribute meaningfully to the team's success.

This overnight role involves directly supporting customers by taking orders and providing friendly, efficient service, preparing and assembling food orders with accuracy, and packaging them appropriately, especially for delivery customers. Additionally, the Third Shift Crew Person will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant by performing required kitchen and equipment cleaning, restocking supplies, and adhering strictly to all food safety, cleanliness, and security guidelines. Since this shift operates with limited supervision, the candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the ability to work independently while ensuring the restaurant upholds its high standards.
