We are currently seeking a passionate barista to join our growing Maman team. This role is ideal for someone who not only appreciates a well-crafted beverage but is also enthusiastic about delivering an exceptional guest experience with every interaction. As a barista at Maman, you will serve as a frontline ambassador, creating a welcoming and authentic environment that reflects the brand’s commitment to quality and hospitality. Your ability to speak knowledgeably about our food and beverage menu, especially our coffee selections, will be key in elevating the customer experience. You will work with state-of-the-art equipment, using locally roasted, high-quality coffee beans, and be responsible for preparing beautiful and artistic espresso beverages. Efficiency and attention to detail will be essential as you multitask and manage your barista station, ensuring all drinks meet Maman’s exacting standards.

Additionally, building strong relationships with guests by remembering their favorite orders and fostering a warm atmosphere will be part of your daily routine. You will play a crucial role in promoting seasonal specials and best-selling items, encouraging customers to try new offerings. Cleanliness and organization of your work area are mandatory to maintain the smooth operation of the café.
