- High school diploma or GED
- minimum one year of institutional cooking experience
- minimum two years of food service experience
- ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- must live within a commutable distance to NewYork-Presbyterian
- availability to work on-site
- compliance with hospital policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Produce hot foods including wraps, paninis, sandwiches, pizza and grab-and-go items
- rotate between stations including soup, salad and sanitation
- maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- prepare ingredients according to recipes and portion control guidelines
- assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
