- Minimum one year of related institutional cooking experience
- At least two years of food service experience
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Produce all hot foods including preparation of wraps, paninis, sandwiches, pizza and grab and go items
- Rotate between various kitchen stations including soup, salad and sanitation
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Assist with inventory management and food preparation tasks
- Comply with food safety regulations and hospital policies
- Support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
