This organization stands out for its commitment to supporting not only the elderly clients but also caregivers by fostering a collaborative and attentive team environment. TheKey offers services designed to ensure that aging adults receive quality care that addresses their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, allowing them to age with dignity and independence.
TheKey Concierge Nursing is currently seeking Per Diem Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their compassionate team, offering flexible work schedules and competitive pay rates between $35.00 and $40.00 per hour. These roles involve working one-on-one with patients either in their homes or in facility-based settings, offering shifts of up to 16 hours in-home or 8-hour shifts in facilities with availability for both day and night schedules. TheKey works closely with nursing professionals to accommodate individual availability, making it an ideal opportunity for RNs seeking flexibility alongside meaningful work.
In this role, Per Diem RNs will be responsible for delivering exceptional skilled nursing care tailored to each client’s unique needs. ThePosition demands a highly compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented individual who is motivated by improving quality of life for aging adults through personalized and empathetic care. Nurses employed here will use their expertise to implement customized care plans that nurture the whole person, addressing mind, body, and spirit. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing services such as managing clinical care, providing counseling to clients and families, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, and maintaining meticulous documentation following agency protocols.
Working with TheKey Concierge Nursing means becoming part of a mission-driven organization that values high standards, compassion, and professional growth. The company provides paid training, competitive wages, medical, dental, and vision benefits, mileage reimbursement, 401(k) matching, and a supportive workplace culture. Additionally, TheKey maintains rigorous COVID-19 protocols, offering required PPE supplies and appropriate safety measures to protect staff and clients.
