This venue is celebrated for its vibrant atmosphere, high-quality menu, and friendly staff, all of which contribute to its reputation as a local favorite destination for both residents and visitors alike.
Bear Tooth Theatrepub operates both dine-in and take-out services, blending the entertainment industry with restaurant hospitality. Their team members play crucial roles in creating a seamless service flow, from preparing food to presenting it efficiently while maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The Theatre Expo role is vital in coordinating these efforts between kitchen staff, front-of-house servers, and management teams. The position is available in both full-time and part-time capacities, suitable for candidates seeking flexible employment schedules. Applicants should note that availability on weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays, is required, emphasizing the company’s focus on delivering consistent service on their busiest days.
This role specifically involves preparing and serving theatre, dine-in, and take-out service items accurately and promptly. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, the ability to communicate clearly with various staff members, and the capability to multitask within a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is paramount as Theatre Expos must inspect orders for accuracy, modifications, and quality before passing them along to customers. Moreover, the position demands maintaining a clean and organized expo station throughout each shift, contributing to the overall hygiene and efficiency of the restaurant.
Candidates will have opportunities to develop their skills on the job, with training provided to familiarize them with the specific procedures and expectations at Bear Tooth Theatrepub. Previous restaurant experience, while preferred, is not mandatory. The company values teamwork highly, encouraging staff to collaborate and support one another with kindness and respect, which in turn cultivates a positive work environment. This role requires stamina and physical endurance, as employees must stand and walk throughout their shifts, work under noisy and distracting conditions, and occasionally lift heavy items.
Bear Tooth Theatrepub also offers an attractive benefits package designed to support and reward its employees. Benefits include a profit-share bonus program that rewards staff when the company performs well financially, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans, and a 401K retirement savings plan with free company matching. Additional perks such as paid time off, meal and drink plans, free movie screenings at the venue, free lift passes to Alyeska ski and snowboard resorts, discounted memberships to local recreation facilities, employee parties, and merchandise discounts make this an appealing workplace for individuals seeking both professional growth and an enjoyable work culture.
