While prior experience in a restaurant setting is preferred, it is not mandatory as on-the-job training and tools are provided to help new hires succeed. Weekend availability is essential, with open availability preferred to accommodate the dynamic needs of the restaurant. The roles require individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes high-stress environment, maintaining professionalism and a cheerful demeanor at all times. In addition to bringing energy and enthusiasm, candidates must be able to stand and walk for the duration of their shift, lift and carry items weighing 30 pounds or more, and remain organized and efficient amid a busy service atmosphere.
