Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with all daily operational procedures within the Food and Beverage Department and ensuring the safety, quality, and standards of all food and beverage services are upheld according to hotel, Shaner, and franchise specifications. The role is also critical in fostering communication with the General Manager, department managers, supervisors, and staff, while addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively.

This is a multifaceted position that demands both interpersonal skills and operational knowledge, including taking orders, preparing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as light meals with courtesy and efficiency. Maintaining inventory, cleanliness, and equipment standards is also essential to the role.

Candidates with a minimum of one year of experience in the restaurant or food and beverage industry, along with the required state age certification to serve alcohol, are highly encouraged to apply.
