Guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains and World’s Fair Park, unwind in stylish common areas such as The Drawing Room, or revitalize their bodies in a cutting-edge fitness center. We are currently seeking a dedicated Bell Attendant to join our team as an essential ambassador of this luxury experience. This full-time role is ideal for those who take pride in creating memorable first and last impressions for our guests. As a Bell Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to seamlessly assist guests with their luggage while providing courteous, personalized service that enhances their overall stay.

Beyond luggage handling, you will act as a knowledgeable local guide, offering insider tips on the best restaurants, must-see sights, and transportation options. Your role is multifaceted: from greeting guests with a warm and welcoming smile to maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of our vehicles. You will also contribute where needed at the front desk and assist with concierge requests, driving the smooth operation of guest services. The position demands a friendly yet professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain composed and resourceful under pressure.

Your duties as Bell Attendant will play a pivotal role in upholding THE TENNESEAN’s reputation for excellence and luxury. With responsibilities extending to safeguarding guest privacy, securing master keys, and ensuring the utmost safety standards, you will be a trusted figure in the hotel's daily operations.   • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Minimum one year of driving experience
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Ability to stay calm, composed, and objective under pressure

  • Provide accurate local information on restaurants, attractions, and transportation
  • Safeguard sensitive areas, master keys, and guest privacy with responsibility
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of hotel vehicles
  • Assist at the front desk when needed and respond to concierge requests
