The Barista at The Sunny will play a vital role in creating memorable moments for our guests by preparing and serving a diverse range of coffee beverages, including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks, with artistic presentation and precision. Additionally, the Barista will engage warmly with customers, take orders, offer personalized recommendations based on individual tastes, and maintain a clean and organized workspace that meets health and safety standards. This role requires someone who thrives on interaction, pays attention to detail, and embraces continuous learning to adapt to new coffee recipes and techniques.

The position involves handling cash transactions, upselling complementary products such as pastries and merchandise, and ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued through friendly and efficient service. Flexibility is important, as the role requires availability on weekends and holidays to meet guest needs. Previous Barista experience or a background in similar coffee roles is preferred, with a strong understanding of coffee brewing methods and equipment, as well as knowledge of coffee beans and blends considered beneficial.
