Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a server in an upscale dining setting
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in upscale dining
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Serve guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Guide guests through the menu and meal experience
- Proactively assess guest satisfaction and resolve issues
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
- Handle guest payments and process transactions
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of dining area
