Job Requirements

  • Minimum five years of culinary experience
  • At least two years as a Sous Chef
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Leadership skills
  • Budget management experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • At least two years of experience in a Sous Chef role
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience managing culinary budgets and labor
  • Commitment to high culinary standards
  • Knowledge of sustainable sourcing and seafood preparation preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations including production and preparation
  • Manage private parties and special events
  • Supervise stewarding, purchasing, and receiving
  • Ensure menu items meet highest culinary standards
  • Run the kitchen in the absence of Executive Chef
  • Manage culinary budgets and monitor labor costs
  • Lead and develop a cohesive culinary team
