Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations including production and preparation
- Manage private parties and special events
- Supervise stewarding, purchasing, and receiving
- Ensure menu items meet highest culinary standards
- Run the kitchen in the absence of Executive Chef
- Manage culinary budgets and monitor labor costs
- Lead and develop a cohesive culinary team
