Job Requirements

High school graduate
one year experience in a restaurant environment
ability to communicate effectively in English
ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
positive and friendly personality
ability to work as part of a team
ability to follow Ojai Valley Inn standards of presentation, body language, and verbiage
ability to perform basic mathematical computations
maintain professional appearance and behavior
ability to prioritize and organize work tasks
