This role is integral to supporting our servers and ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly from start to finish.

The Busser will be responsible for promptly clearing and resetting tables to accommodate new guests efficiently, maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area, and assisting in stock management at service stations. A key part of this role includes managing the coffee-to-go station by keeping it well-stocked and tidy. The successful candidate will assist servers by pre-bussing tables and helping with the delivery of food orders, contributing to a seamless dining experience for our guests. Additionally, the Busser will help in the general cleaning and upkeep of the restaurant to maintain a pleasant and hygienic environment. Job Requirements

Physical requirements (in-office role)
Ability to work in a standard office environment
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer (6-8 hours a day)
Occasional standing and walking throughout the workday
Frequent fine motor skills, use of hands and fingers for keyboarding/typing, utilizing a mouse or trackpad, writing, and operating office equipment
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, reach, or carry items
Ability to lift and/or move 10-25 pounds as needed (e.g., files, office supplies)
Visual ability to read from a computer screen and printed materials including close visual focus for extended periods and color differentiation (for certain roles)
Ability to hear and participate in conversations and meetings, use phone and/or headset

Job Duties

Promptly clear and reset used tables
Remove dirty stock to dish area and breakdown trays
Take soiled linen to designated area and/or Housekeeping Department for laundering
Stock and maintain service stations with the proper supplies before, during and after each shift
Set up and refill coffee-to-go station in the lobby, and keep it replenished, as needed
Keep area picked up and clear
Promptly assist servers in the pre-bussing of tables and delivery of food orders
Assist in the general cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant
