The role being offered is a full-time Bartender position at the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel, which is part of the AHC Hospitality family. As a Bartender, the candidate will be responsible for daily restaurant operations with duties spanning guest service, bartending, table service, and side work. This includes ensuring the bar area is well-organized with properly set up garnishes, alcohol, and wines, managing health department specs, accurately filling out daily temperature logs, practicing FIFO for product stock rotation, and disposing of expired products in compliance with waste logs.

The bartender must be knowledgeable about local events to provide insightful suggestions to guests and should be adept at upselling to enhance guest experience and departmental revenue. An important aspect of the job is maintaining cleanliness and organization both in the visible public areas and behind the scenes, always aligning with the company's green policies.
