Job Requirements
- Must have previous bartending experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Availability for varying shifts and weekend work
- Ability to follow all health department and AHC safety standards
- Complete daily cleaning duties and side work tasks
- Reports to work on time and rarely misses scheduled shifts
- Positive courteous and polite attitude
- Takes pride in appearance and reports in complete uniform
- Follow hotel green policies
- Must be able to card guests under 40 years old
- Willingness to participate in TIPS training
Job Qualifications
- Must have previous bartending experience
- High school diploma or GED
- TiPS certification preferred
- Full alcohol knowledge and knowledge of drink ingredients
- Know each menu item and its ingredients
- Ability to follow AHC guest service standards and safety policies
- Positive courteous and polite attitude
- Ability to work well with others
Job Duties
- Bartending service includes the proper set up of all garnishes, alcohol, wines
- Maintain daily set up and/or breakdown of the bar area
- Be aware of events in the area and give suggestions to guests
- Follow and maintain Health Department specs including filling out daily temp logs and product rotation
- Strive to exceed guest satisfaction and provide the best possible service
- Participate in department meetings and communicate ideas, opinions or views
- Utilize time well and be productive throughout the entire shift while meeting department standards
