The role requires awareness of local events and the ability to recommend activities to guests, thereby enhancing their experience. Adherence to health department standards is vital, including completing temperature logs, practicing first-in-first-out inventory methods, and managing expired products responsibly. The chosen candidate will consistently strive to exceed guest satisfaction by displaying strong operational competencies, effective communication with team members and management, and undertaking initiatives to reduce waste and control expenses.

Engagement with the wider team through meetings and training is crucial, alongside the practice of responsible alcohol service, including TIPS certification attendance and checking identification for guests appearing under 40. The role also involves contributing to inventory management, maintaining cleanliness throughout restaurant spaces, and assisting with food service responsibilities when necessary. An ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, punctuality, and pride in their appearance while upholding the company’s green initiatives and safety standards.
