Surrounded by rolling hills, citrus groves, and desert landscapes, The Inn offers guests a unique experience that reflects a bygone era of sophisticated charm and comfort. Every aspect of the property has been thoughtfully designed to bring a modern renaissance to an enchanting classic, inviting visitors to immerse themselves in the vibrant joy of the Southern California lifestyle while enjoying the quaint allure of a simpler time and place.

Currently, The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe is seeking a diligent and service-oriented Mini-Bar Attendant. This role is essential in maintaining the hotel's high standards of guest service and operational excellence. The Mini-Bar Attendant will work closely with other hotel departments, adhering to company policies and standards to support smooth hotel operations.

Full-time positions come with a competitive benefits package after an initial qualifying period. Benefits include health coverage options (medical, dental, vision), disability income protection, life and accident insurance, paid time off, an employee assistance program, and a 401k retirement plan. Additionally, the company offers daily pay options to enhance employee flexibility and satisfaction.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality who want to contribute to an extraordinary guest experience in a prestigious and welcoming environment.
