Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in a hotel or related field is a plus
- valid driver’s license for the applicable state required
- acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record (MVR) if driving is property specific
- ability to perform well in stressful or high-pressure situations

Job Duties
- Keep every nook and cranny spotless from equipment to facilities
- tidy up lobbies, hallways, and restrooms to be impressively polished
- ensure carpets, furniture, and fixtures are guest-ready and gleaming
- respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
- assist in setting up chairs, tables, and technical equipment for meetings and events
- secure sensitive areas and manage lost-and-found items responsibly
- follow safe work habits to maintain injury-free work environment
