The company fosters an environment where honesty, humility, intellect, and ability are equally valued, encouraging continuous personal and professional growth among its team members. This unique blend of attributes contributes to Evolution Hospitality's reputation as a world-class operation that consistently delivers outstanding service and exceptional guest experiences.

One of Evolution Hospitality's distinguished properties is the Tapestry By Hilton The Fort Sutter Hotel Sacramento, located in the vibrant Midtown district of Sacramento, California. Featuring air-conditioned rooms equipped with flat-screen TVs, this hotel offers guests a comfortable and contemporary stay. Conveniently situated near major landmarks such as the Sacramento Convention Center, California State Capitol, and California Capitol Building, the hotel is ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Guests can enjoy an array of amenities, including a 24-hour front desk, fitness center, free WiFi throughout the property, and on-site dining options like Cafe Bernardo and the Four Palms lobby bar, which offer fresh bites and delicious drinks daily.

The role of Front Desk Supervisor at Tapestry By Hilton The Fort Sutter Hotel is a vital leadership position responsible for ensuring that every guest receives warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they arrive until departure. This role is central to creating unforgettable guest experiences by leading the front desk team with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a focus on exceptional service. Beyond overseeing daily operations such as guest check-ins and check-outs, reservation management, and handling VIP requests, the Front Desk Supervisor ensures smooth communication and coordination within the team to maintain high standards.

A key aspect of the role involves operational expertise, including managing daily logs, coordinating messages and packages, and keeping every detail handled promptly and professionally. Additionally, the supervisor functions as a revenue and rate strategist by monitoring room rates, packages, and promotions to optimize revenue without compromising guest satisfaction. The position also involves fostering a positive team dynamic through effective training, open communication, and creative problem-solving, ensuring that safety and quality standards are consistently met.

Candidates should be passionate about leading by example, turning everyday interactions into memorable moments, and handling guest concerns with confidence and creativity. This full-time role offers a competitive benefits package after an initial waiting period and includes unique perks such as daily pay options, medical, dental, and vision coverage, short-term and long-term disability income, term life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, an employee assistance program, and a 401(k) retirement plan. For those committed to hospitality excellence and eager to contribute to a dynamic and supportive environment, the Front Desk Supervisor position provides an exciting spotlight to shine as a leader in one of Sacramento's premier hotels.
