The position is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of all public areas, including parking zones and unrestricted back-of-house spaces throughout the property. As a frontline contributor, this position requires working both indoors and outdoors in various environmental conditions, including exposure to dust, noise, and second-hand smoke.
The successful candidate will be entrusted with tasks such as escorting guests to requested locations and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. Furthermore, safety adherence is prioritized, involving the proper use of cleaning products, chemicals, and safety equipment. Job Requirements
- At least 6 months of related experience preferred
- high school education or equivalent
- ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds
- manual dexterity to operate job-related equipment including vacuums and cleaning supplies
- ability to work in environments that may be hot, cold, noisy, and contain second-hand smoke
- normal or corrected vision with ability to see colors and distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols
- ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and grasping
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in both written and verbal form
- ability to work indoors and outdoors and be exposed to environmental factors such as noise, dust, and second-hand smoke
- ability to work with cleaning products, chemicals, and solvents while using safety equipment
- understanding of cleaning and disposing of bio-hazards
- ability to perform duties both indoors and outdoors
- ability to read and speak English
