Job Description

The hiring establishment is a dynamic casino venue renowned for providing guests with an exceptional gaming and entertainment experience. Operating within a vibrant and fast-paced environment, the casino is committed to maintaining high standards of guest service and safety. As a prominent player in the hospitality and entertainment industry, this venue offers a blend of exciting casino games, engaging social spaces, and premium beverage services to ensure every guest enjoys their visit to the fullest. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and responsible gaming practices, the casino delivers an atmosphere that balances fun, security, and professionalism. The working environment is lively and dynamic, often characterized by a mix of noise, activity, and diverse clientele. Employees are part of a tightly-knit team that values effective communication, cooperation, and adherence to regulatory standards.

The role being offered is that of a Cocktail Server stationed within the beverage service bar department, specifically responsible for delivering beverage services across the casino floor or in an assigned section. The position demands an energetic individual who excels in customer service, multitasking, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for guests. The Cocktail Server will be the face of the beverage service, walking the casino floor to ensure timely delivery of drinks, attentive guest interaction, and adherence to company standards and legal guidelines regarding alcohol service. This role is integral to supporting and promoting the company’s service standards at all times while collaborating closely with other beverage team members including bartenders, barbacks, beverage supervisors, and slots supervisors.

Key responsibilities include ensuring responsible alcohol service, managing guest interactions professionally including slowing down or cutting off intoxicated guests as necessary, writing down all guest drinks accurately, and maintaining cleanliness by clearing empty cups from the designated area including pit tables and areas around slot machines. The job requires flexibility to work any shift including weekends and holidays, and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods in an environment that may sometimes be hot, cold, noisy, and filled with second-hand smoke. Physical capability to carry out tasks such as lifting and bending, as well as responding promptly to emergencies within designated areas, is essential. This position requires a minimum age of 21 years and includes mandatory completion of property academy training. The Cocktail Server role not only provides an opportunity to work within an exciting and dynamic environment but also to develop skills in customer service, teamwork, and regulatory compliance while contributing to the overall guest experience that the casino pride itself on providing.
