Job Requirements

Minimum age to serve alcohol
high school or equivalent education
one year previous experience as a server preferred
ability to obtain and/or maintain any government required licenses, certificates or permits
valid Food Handler's Card
valid TIPS/RBS certification
must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
regular attendance and punctuality in accordance with company standards
physical ability to stand for long periods, lift trays up to 30 lbs, push and pull carts up to 250 lbs
ability to adhere to resort rules and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
one year previous experience as a server preferred
ability to obtain and/or maintain any government required licenses, certificates, or permits
possession of a valid Food Handler's Card
possession of valid TIPS/RBS certification
strong communication skills, both verbal and written
basic computational and computer skills
ability to describe menu items and preparation methods

Job Duties

Serve food and beverage items to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner
take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques
clear dining area during service
control guest checks and secure proper payment
ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the Outlet Supervisor
maintain proper condition and cleanliness of pool areas and servicing equipment
collaborate with supervisors and other departments as necessary
