As a Server at The Brewhouse Inn & Suites, you will be the heartbeat of the dining experience, entrusted with the crucial role of ensuring every guest feels like a valued VIP. This position involves blending excellent communication skills, adept multitasking, and robust knowledge of food and beverage service to create memorable dining moments. You will greet guests warmly, confidently take orders, and serve with style, ensuring each interaction is seamless and pleasant. Practical responsibilities include delivering food and drinks quickly and accurately, managing multiple tables efficiently, handling transactions securely, and upholding cleanliness standards in the service area. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage with guests and coworkers professionally
- Must obtain and maintain any required certifications such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler's Card as per state regulations
