This position acts as the heartbeat of the hotel, ensuring that guest rooms, lobbies, hallways, and common areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Housekeepers are responsible for transforming spaces into inviting retreats by meticulously cleaning, replenishing supplies, and ensuring that every detail is perfect. The role includes routine light cleaning tasks as well as deep-cleaning activities such as changing AC filters and painting, contributing to the overall upkeep and appearance of the property.
Beyond cleaning duties, housekeepers serve as friendly and approachable representatives of the hotel, enhancing guest satisfaction through exceptional customer service. They assist guests promptly whenever help is needed and maintain a safe environment by being vigilant of safety protocols and property security.
