The Brandywine Radnor Hotel is a distinguished full-service hotel located in the heart of Philadelphia's prestigious Main Line. Known for its award-winning service and inviting atmosphere, this establishment offers an exceptional experience to a diverse clientele that includes business travelers, social groups, and local community gatherings. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to engage professionally with guests and coworkers
  • Must obtain and maintain any required certifications such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler’s Card as per state regulations

Job Duties

  • Create warm, memorable dining moments by greeting guests with a smile, taking accurate orders, and making sure every need is met from start to finish
  • Know the menu inside and out including ingredients, dietary needs, daily specials, and alcohol service guidelines to guide guests effectively
  • Deliver food and drinks quickly and flawlessly with keen attention to detail
  • Juggle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining a smooth service flow and clean environment
  • Handle transactions with precision, close checks confidently, and follow all company and security protocols
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the service area by following hygiene regulations and certification standards
  • Stay energized and physically active throughout shifts, demonstrating endurance and strength
