Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage professionally with guests and coworkers
- Must obtain and maintain any required certifications such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler’s Card as per state regulations

Job Duties
- Create warm, memorable dining moments by greeting guests with a smile, taking accurate orders, and making sure every need is met from start to finish
- Know the menu inside and out including ingredients, dietary needs, daily specials, and alcohol service guidelines to guide guests effectively
- Deliver food and drinks quickly and flawlessly with keen attention to detail
- Juggle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining a smooth service flow and clean environment
- Handle transactions with precision, close checks confidently, and follow all company and security protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the service area by following hygiene regulations and certification standards
- Stay energized and physically active throughout shifts, demonstrating endurance and strength
