The Brandywine Radnor Hotel is a distinguished, full-service hospitality establishment nestled in the heart of Philadelphia's prestigious Main Line. Renowned for its award-winning service and inviting atmosphere, this upscale hotel offers 121 guest rooms including seven luxury suites. In addition to comfortable accommodation, the property features on-site dining options and extensive event spaces designed to host weddings, business meetings, and private gatherings. The Brandywine Radnor Hotel caters to a diverse clientele that includes business travelers, social groups, and members of the local community seeking a refined and welcoming environment. Staff members at the hotel are dedicated to maintaining a polished, guest-centered experience, emphasizing superior service and professionalism at every touchpoint.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and personable Servers to join our dynamic team. In the role of Server, you will be recognized as the dining room's MVP, responsible for creating warm and memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will juggle multiple orders with a smile, engage with guests by sharing detailed menu knowledge, and ensure every visit feels special. Your role is pivotal in maintaining an outstanding level of service by taking orders accurately, serving delicious food and beverages promptly, and keeping dining and service areas spotless. This position demands a high energy level, excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude, as you will be the face of the dining experience.
Servers at the Brandywine Radnor Hotel are expected to have a deep understanding of the menu, including ingredients, dietary considerations, daily specials, and alcohol service guidelines to help guests make informed choices. Handling payments accurately and securely is also a critical component of the job, along with following all company safety protocols and hygiene standards consistently. The role requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for extended periods and be expected to lift, bend, and move throughout your shift with endurance. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and are committed to providing top-tier service. Full-time team members become eligible for a competitive benefits package after an initial waiting period, which includes daily pay options, medical, dental, and vision coverage, disability income protection, life insurance, paid time off, employee assistance programs, and a 401k retirement plan.
If you have a high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service, and strong interpersonal communication skills, we encourage you to apply. Certification requirements such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler's Card must be obtained and maintained as per state regulations. Join our team and be part of a professional setting that values your contributions and growth in the hospitality industry. The application deadline applies to candidates interested in Colorado-based positions, reflecting our commitment to expanding our exceptional team across locations.
