We are currently seeking a dedicated Cook Prep to join our culinary team. The Cook Prep role is essential to the smooth functioning of our kitchens, contributing significantly to the preparation and presentation of delicious dishes offered across our Café, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria, and Banquets. This position thrives in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and efficiency are critical. You will be responsible for prepping cold foods, shellfish, slicing meats, and brewing coffee and tea, ensuring that all meals meet our high standards for quality and presentation. Job Requirements

- proven experience in a kitchen environment preferably in a hotel or related field
- valid food handlers certification as mandated by state
