Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

- two years experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greets customers as they are seated
- ensures the table is clean and utensils and napkins are provided
- presents menu to guests and answers questions about menu items and restaurant services
- informs guests of menu changes and daily specials and makes genuine recommendations
- takes food and beverage orders and delivers them to the kitchen
- delivers food, beverages, condiments, and other requested items to customers
- ensures food is prepared correctly and meets customers satisfaction
- collects plates and clears tables
- prepares checks and collects payments
- assists with restaurant tasks such as cleaning dining area and preparing silverware and condiments
- coordinates with and assists fellow employees to support restaurant operation
