The BLVD Bartender role at Beverly Wilshire is a full-time opportunity to join a distinguished team that upholds the tradition of excellence while infusing modern energy into every guest interaction. Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, the Bartender is a pivotal team member responsible for delivering outstanding beverage service in a fast-paced, luxury setting. This position emphasizes a deep knowledge of spirits, mixed drinks, and preparation methods. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, attentive to guest needs, and able to maintain the highest standards of service quality.

Bartenders at Beverly Wilshire are entrusted with the responsibility of anticipating guest needs, ensuring satisfaction, handling guest requests promptly, and maintaining well-stocked bar areas with a variety of beverages and supplies. They utilize the hotel's computer system to ring up sales, print and close checks accurately, and maintain thorough knowledge of drink preparation techniques, including proper pouring, mixing, and blending. Previous experience in luxury hospitality environments is preferred, along with certifications such as TIPS, ServSafe, and RBS.

In addition to beverage expertise, ideal candidates possess strong analytical and organizational skills, a flexible schedule to accommodate various shifts including weekends, and proficiency in English for effective communication.
