The BLVD Bartender position at Beverly Wilshire offers a unique opportunity to be part of this iconic hotel’s dynamic team. This role demands an intuitive understanding of guest needs, ensuring every interaction is personalized and professional. Responsibilities include maintaining bar stock, precise drink preparation, accurate sales processing using the hotel’s computer system, and addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively. In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate must exhibit exceptional organizational abilities, flexibility with scheduling—including weekends—and a strong command of the English language.

Candidates who hold TIPS Certification, ServSafe, and RBS Certification will find themselves well-equipped for success in this role. A minimum of one year’s experience in similar luxury or fast-paced venues is preferred, underscoring the importance of prior exposure to upscale hospitality environments. The hourly wage for this position is $21.40, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to competitive compensation.
