- One year experience as a dishwasher preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- enjoy working as a team member
- must be able to work quickly in a confined area and stand for extended periods of time
- basic English reading and communication skills
- must be able to lift 50 lbs on occasion

Job Duties
- Clean pans, pots, dishes, and other kitchen elements
- operate the dishwashing machine or wash dishes by hand
- maintain the entire kitchen clean
- scrape, sort, and stack dirty dishes
- load dishes into the dishwashing machine
- unload dishes and place them in designated areas for reuse
- comply with all nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
