The Dishwasher Steward role at Fridays is a critical position that ensures the kitchen and dining areas maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. As the superhero of sparkle, the Dishwasher Steward is responsible for washing dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and silverware, keeping them spotless and ready for use. This role also involves bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and preparing both the dining room and kitchen for upcoming shifts by thoroughly cleaning and restocking all stations. Beyond dishwashing duties, the Steward acts as part of the cleanup crew by scrubbing appliances including coffee makers and mixers, unloading and organizing deliveries, and managing spills or accidents promptly to maintain a hygienic environment.

Moreover, the Dishwasher Steward plays an important part in waste management by taking out trash and rinsing cans, while also assisting teammates with various tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
