The role being offered is for a merchandising and inventory representative responsible for managing and stocking a variety of building products, including millwork, mouldings, columns, boards/lumber, and stair parts, within Lowe's retail stores. This position demands a high level of responsibility, including maintaining inventory data through mobile technology, placing product orders promptly, and ensuring the visual merchandising and signage are maintained to enhance sales. The representative must cultivate strong supplier-customer relationships to promote sales growth effectively. A significant portion of this job involves daily travel using a company-provided vehicle, necessitating a clean driving record and the ability to travel consistently. Physical strength and stamina are required as lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds is part of the daily duties.
