The company is currently hiring a performance-driven Territory Sales Representative passionate about improving patient outcomes and building strong relationships within the healthcare landscape. This full-time role offers an attractive base salary ranging from $105,000 to $195,000 annually, with the final compensation dependent on experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs. The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and executing territory business plans, cultivating strategic customer relationships, and driving education and awareness of the company's portfolio across various channels, including hospitals, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), academic medical centers, specialty pharmacies, physician offices, outpatient infusion centers, and home infusion providers.
This role requires exceptional territory management skills, the ability to navigate complex healthcare organizations, and a customer-focused approach to identifying opportunities while supporting clinical education and delivering value to healthcare professionals and decision-makers. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Leadership, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, and National Accounts, to execute territory strategies, expand current business, and develop new customer opportunities. Additionally, the Representative will analyze territory performance, customer insights, market trends, and competitive activity to refine and adjust strategic plans. They will also ensure all territory-related documentation, including CRM data, account plans, forecasts, and customer interactions, are accurate and up-to-date.
The role involves considerable travel, covering a large geographic area with approximately 70% travel expected. Attending local, regional, and national meetings, product training sessions, and industry conferences is also part of this position. Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, life sciences, or a related field
- minimum of 3–5 years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare sales experience
- experience calling on hospitals, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), specialty pharmacies, physician offices, infusion providers, or other institutional healthcare customers preferred
- acute care, specialty biologics, immunology, or buy-and-bill experience preferred
- demonstrated success building customer relationships, managing a sales territory, and achieving business objectives
- strong business acumen, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Job Duties
- develop and execute strategic and tactical account plans for assigned hospitals, health systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), outpatient infusion centers, and large outpatient pharmacy accounts
- build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, pharmacy leaders, hospital administrators, purchasing teams, specialty distributors, and key healthcare decision-makers
- conduct compliant clinical and business discussions to educate customers on disease states, product benefits, and appropriate product utilization
- navigate complex healthcare organizations to understand account structures, decision-making processes, customer needs, and treatment pathways
- identify new business opportunities while expanding relationships within existing accounts to support territory growth
- analyze territory performance, customer insights, market trends, and competitive activity to develop and adjust territory strategies
- maintain accurate CRM documentation, account plans, forecasts, customer interactions, and territory records
- collaborate with Sales Leadership, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, National Accounts, and other cross-functional partners to deliver coordinated customer solutions
