The Territory Sales Manager role in Kansas City, Missouri, offers an exciting opportunity for experienced sales professionals to join a dynamic sales team focused on expanding Uline’s market presence. This role is designed for a proactive individual who will act as the "CEO" of their territory, responsible for identifying growth opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and prospecting new business across diverse industries. The Territory Sales Manager will work closely with customers, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions from Uline's extensive catalog of over 43,000 products. This position offers a competitive salary range from $75,000 to $110,000 per year, reflecting the importance of the role within the organization.

As part of Uline’s sales team, the candidate will benefit from a robust support system including comprehensive and specialized sales training, starting with four weeks of intensive on-boarding followed by a 12-week mentorship program. This training ensures that new team members are well-equipped with product knowledge and sales techniques to succeed.
