Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • minimum 2-3 years proven sales experience
  • at least 1 year manufacturing experience preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • ability to prioritize and plan sales activities
  • ability to travel at least 25 percent of the time
  • capability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
  • capacity to reach with hands and arms
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • observance of safety procedures and use of equipment properly
  • must wear safety glasses and steel toe boots

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a sales-related field such as Business, Marketing or Public Relations preferred but not required
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • minimum of 2-3 years proven sales experience
  • at least 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • knowledge of and ability to follow basic safety practices
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers, co-workers and outside parties

Job Duties

  • Manage, support and develop solution sales for Watson Metal Masters Tanks
  • call on and support end user accounts, distributors and networks
  • maintain customer relationships and ensure customer loyalty through excellent customer service and meeting client business needs
  • grow sales revenues to meet or exceed assigned sales budget in assigned territory
  • prioritize and plan sales activities using time efficiently
  • maintain a reasonable travel schedule aligned with company goals
  • attend and work tradeshows throughout the United States
  • assume primary responsibility for follow-up on all potential leads
  • estimate and manage own projects in accordance with company profit expectations
  • perform other duties as assigned
