Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of relevant industry experience
  • Availability for overnight and weekend emergency work
  • Valid driver’s license with no restrictions
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, standing, bending, stooping
  • Capability to work in confined spaces
  • Ability to distinguish colors with accommodations if necessary
  • Willingness to work overtime
  • Eligibility to drive company vehicle including passing motor vehicle record checks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service, or hospitality industry-related experience
  • Ability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency assistance
  • Current and valid driver’s license with no restrictions
  • Associate’s degree or advanced training or certifications preferred
  • Previous mechanical problem-solving experience in related industries preferred

Job Duties

  • Leverage tools and technology to conduct customer visits and recommend unique programs and solutions to customers
  • Communicate total value to meet customer needs and grow sales within existing accounts
  • Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems
  • Provide emergency service to existing customers via phone or in person
  • Assist in the installation of equipment and solutions
  • Demonstrate safe equipment use ensuring customers' operations remain functional
  • Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs
