The Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) team at Ecolab is a market leader in providing cleaning, sanitation, and food safety programs tailored specifically to the limited-service and fast-casual restaurant industries. The QSR division excels in developing specialized programs that improve operational efficiency, ensure food safety, and maintain brand consistency for some of the largest quick-service restaurant chains globally. This team includes highly trained sales and service professionals dedicated to delivering comprehensive and value-added solutions that meet the unique needs of QSR customers.

Ecolab is seeking a Territory Representative to join their Quick Service Restaurant team based in Rapid City, SD. This position features a field-based role focused on frontline customer engagement to promote Ecolab's industry-leading sanitation and food safety solutions. As a Territory Representative, you will manage a diverse customer base within a defined geographic area and be responsible for growing sales through service excellence, new product introductions, and technical support. Your daily activities will include installing and maintaining essential sanitation equipment such as ware wash machines and water filtration systems, conducting site surveys, providing hands-on training, and performing audits to ensure compliance with food safety standards.

The role also involves identifying potential food safety risks, helping to prevent foodborne illnesses, and providing ongoing consultative support that helps customers optimize their food service operations. This position requires travel to multiple cities including Billings, Sidney, Miles City, Casper, Gillette, Dickinson, Williston, Alliance, and Chadron with 2 to 4 overnight stays per month. The role also includes some weekend coverage approximately once every 10 weeks.

The total compensation range for this role is $58,700 to $88,100 annually, which includes base pay plus a target incentive based on performance.
